Rivkah Gevinson (b. 1990 Chicago) is an American-Norwegian artist currently living in Los Angeles. She has a BA in Art from Skidmore College (2013), studied painting in the Turps Art School Correspondence Course (2021-23), and is currently an MFA candidate at University of California Riverside. She has exhibited her work in solo and group exhibitions in Norway, Germany, the US and UK, and was an artist in residence at the Edward Albee Foundation and Atelier Austmarka.
She works across painting, photography, book-making and music. Her artistic practice draws from the characteristics of her various mediums, and using those as a vehicle for observation, and spontaneity.
